Terms of Service

PlaneTrader.eu is a marketplace where private individuals and businesses can list aircraft for sale. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any sale agreed between a buyer and a seller, and we don't inspect, verify, or guarantee any aircraft listed.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

You may only list aircraft you own or are authorized to sell. Listings must be accurate — misleading photos, false specifications, or fraudulent listings may be removed without notice, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

Every new listing starts with a 90-day free trial — no payment details required, no obligations. After the trial, you may purchase a paid plan to keep your listing online longer. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period— there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. When a plan ends, you're free to purchase another plan, a different one, or none at all.

Prices are shown both excluding and including VAT at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.

Under EU consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because a paid plan takes effect immediately upon payment (your listing is upgraded right away), by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the plan has been activated.

Because plans activate immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once a plan is live, except where required by law. If something has clearly gone wrong on our end, contact us — we want to make it right.

We may remove, disable, or decline to publish a listing that violates these terms, looks fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate, at our discretion.

PlaneTrader.eu is a listing platform only. We make no warranty about the accuracy of any listing or the condition, airworthiness, or legal status of any aircraft. Any transaction you enter into with a buyer or seller is solely between you and them, at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from listings, transactions, or communications between users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
